Canada Foreign Policy

  Stephen Harper and a scripted Peter MacKay tell us things can work out in Afghanistan. Sure, they admit there are grave, serious problems; however, the bigger picture suggests things may be either fine or can and will work out. So who is this General Richards? What is he really saying, why is he saying it, and does he really know what he's talking about?
